How OnesDev Runs Engagements: Scope, Delivery, Handoff
Searchers and buyers both ask the same question: how do you actually work? This note is OnesDev’s operating model — scope, delivery, and handoff — so “done” is measurable and production is not an afterthought.
1. Discovery with constraints
We start with users, success metrics, stack constraints, and what must not break. You get a written scope: outcomes, assumptions, out-of-scope items, and a first milestone. We do not pretend every detail is known on day one — we make uncertainty visible.
2. Delivery in vertical slices
Work ships as vertical slices with weekly demos when the engagement allows. Stakeholders see working software, not only tickets. Feedback lands in the next slice instead of a surprise rewrite at the end.
How fast we reply
We aim to reply within 20 minutes. Production incident response times are defined in the MSP agreement and are separate from sales reply time.
3. Acceptance and documentation
Acceptance criteria live with the milestone. Handoff includes how to run environments, where secrets live, and who owns what next. Soft launches beat big-bang cutovers when risk is high.
4. Ops is part of the story
Build work can continue into DevOps (pipelines, IaC) and MSP (monitoring, patches, backups). You can also keep ops in-house — we still leave you with a system that can be operated.
What we will not claim
We do not sell guaranteed search rankings or “set and forget” marketing. We sell software, web, WordPress, managed ops, DevOps, and AWS delivery — with plain language about scope and limits.
